Lean slightly forward, perhaps resting your weight on your elbows on your knees or the desk. Poke out your tounge and keep your mouth wide open. Push as far as possible getting a nice stretch. Push out a “Yeeaaaaah” sound from the back of your throat. Keep pushing for atleast 5 really slow seconds. Here we go. Breath in through your mouth, deeply filling your lungs and allow yourself to pay attention to how natural and refreshing it it is now you’ve done this exercise.
